An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. venpkr may apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the email address registered on the account. Members may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a verification step as directed.
venpkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). venpkr does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Where bonus abuse is detected, venpkr will void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may permanently close the member's account.
All bets placed on the venpkr sportsbook are subject to acceptance by venpkr. venpkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit, where the odds were published in error, or where venpkr has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time.
Cricket — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, bilateral series, and T20 World Cup events — is the flagship sport on venpkr. All cricket bets are subject to the applicable cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or affected by weather, venpkr will settle bets in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcome where applicable, or void bets on specific markets that cannot be determined.
venpkr reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including: proven or alleged match fixing; technical errors in odds publication; event cancellation; or where the market was closed in error. Voided bets will be refunded at the original stake value to the member's venpkr account balance.
Live in-play betting markets on venpkr are updated in real time. venpkr cannot be held liable for delays in data feeds that result in bets being placed on out-of-date odds. venpkr reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and without notice.

Where a material change is made, venpkr will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account no less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
